Bicycle Fender Bracket

The aim of this project was to design and make a custom bicycle fender bracket to replace an off the shelf part.
I wanted the part to be made from aluminum for aesthetic/structural reasons, but did not want to pay to have a one-off part professionally-made for me… as such, I designed the part with the end goal of fabricating it myself (manual machining/tapping/polishing/etc).
